A sensitive course but one that needs speaking about to reduce the stigma attached to it
This has been really useful training and I wish I had had the prior knowledge previously. I am keen to complete the Level 4 qualification
I find doing training virtually makes more interactive. I find it easier to say what I want to say. I find classroom based sessions can be a bit tedious.
I would recommend this course to anybody who is interested in helping people who suffer and more specifically to the ones working in the film and tv industry, as the incidence of ill mental health is staggering.
exceptionally well presented and great material
A very informative and useful session. I would recommend it to my colleagues.
This was my first time attending a training of this type as I am from the business section. I really enjoyed it and felt confident leaving.
a difficult topic was handled and delivered sensitively. the information was clear and easy to follow. I now feel like I have the tools to helps someone
Excellent half day course, which gave a good insight. It broke out into smaller groups, and then linked back to the main group after smaller group discussions.
I had suicide first aid training years ago but this was much more than an update.
