Educational and thought provoking course. I really like the rules of discussion, opportunity to be honest and comparisons of what we all find individually tough when engaging in suicide related conversations.

A really great follow on session from the original MHFA. Provided timely reminders of some of the core elements, and introduced new material at a manageable volume and pace. Thanks for making such a tough session enjoyable and worthwhile - the fact that everyone felt comfortable to contribute shows how well it went.

Tabby was so knowledgeable and passionate, keeping the group engaged throughout. Given the content of the course, at no time did I feel too sad. The materials were easy to follow and work through. It is good to be able to feedback to colleagues what I have learnt confidently. I have recommend the course to a number of my colleagues.

A very thought provoking training session. Certainly got me thinking about what I'd do if I was in the situation where someone spoke to me about suicide.
