Quite intense Felt like I learned a lot and feel if the situation arises I now know what the right questions are
Course has given me the tools to apply suicide first aid within my workplace and outside. I am able to share my insights and knowledge with others. I also have the courage to explore suicide with others.
I wasn't sure what to expect however the training far exceeded my expectations. I have some gems that I will hold with me now. I feel more clear and confident as a result
