The course was excellent, However, I feel that people are so remote at the moment, due to home working etc, I would like to know how to deal with issues when not face to face.

I feel very happy to have attended this course and feel confident to approach friends and colleagues if I am concerned about their wellbeing. It has also made me think about people I've not checked in on in a while and have since messaged them to say hello. I will definitely promote this course to others. It is a heavy and intense topic but the way it was delivered made it feel relaxed and informative.
I think the course is well designed a d thought out. There are areas I feel need more depth, especially around case studies and perhaps not one size fits all. I can't fault the effort and knowledge of the trainer. Well done. Humble feedback
