A really complex subject but I really enjoyed the content of this training and feel better equipped to intervene should the need arise.
the work book may have been beneficial ? really 'enjoyed' it . being about suicide , not quite the right word...

Very good course, feel able to approach someone - the hooks for when to speak were very helpful.
