The tutor was great and the training was very useful and insightful.
It really was an excellent course, I'm less worried now about how to approach the subject of suicide, or saying the wrong thing, as I now know that it would be difficult to say the wrong thing, not saying anything at all has the potential to be a whole lot worse! The tutor really did engage with us all, we all had different experiences, were coming at it from different perspectives and the tutor was able to keep us fully engaged from beginning to end.
This is a well put together course and delivery. Lara is always outstanding delivering courses she really believes in. Great informative course and amazing tutor.
Completing the course through 'Teams' could have been difficult due to the sensitive subject matter. However, we were all made to feel welcome and after a short period of time felt like a cohesive group.
Good and ways to look at this subject from a different aspect and tools to help us help our customers.
Loved the course. Although the subject will always be hard to handle, this course has provided me with ways of dealing/coping with it, and provided me with a confidence to do so. All the information was interesting and very informative
