Really useful and insightful. I learnt a lot and feel more confident in helping a person intending to end their life.
I felt that it was engaging, and that even though it is a heavy subject to talk about I felt that Julie had a relaxing and reassuring approach which engaged us all. Everyone joined in conversation and asked many questions, which Julie always made time to answer. I feel that this training is vital in all services, and should be provided as fundamental training in every work/school space.
