I overall was very pleased with the course but still would be nervous about talking to someone about suicidal thoughts. I think perhaps another example, or a more complicated and dramatic scenario, and what to do in those situations would help give confidence in doing the right thing in those situations.
Good training, gave me a good idea of what suicide first aid is.
It was a really interesting course, a good mix of different ways of learning. And a good element of self-reflection.
