I found the course very helpful in gaining a better understanding of how to better deal with people in these situations and how to manage the call and understanding what to listen out for.

topic was very interesting and engaging in terms of interactive. Trainer was also non judgemental and approachable. I would say though that the length of the course is quite long to be done virtually.

Really interesting good course gave me lots to think about and has helped give me confidence to approach someone and ask difficult questions
