I enjoyed the course but i felt it didn't benefit me as much as i had hoped overall as these are things i am already practising and would have perhaps like more information on local services and more targeted discussions around service user groups and commonalities. Susan was excellent in her presentation but struggled with the other two presents who talked longer and quieter and felt a bit muffled at times.
It was a tough subject but good to get together with other organisations to share info.
Course content was relevant to my support role. Equipment was not 100per cent but I suppose that's technology for you! Tutor was patient , allowed people to talk freely and explore the subject.
Very good! a lot of resources provided to refer to after the course and amazing tutor
Really enjoyed the training and feel as though many more people will benefit from the training (specifically at the University).

Really lovely and compassionate trainer. Very clear and well written course
