The course content was clear and well structured. It was an engaging lively course with excellent facilitation (per comments above ). The course did what it said "on the tin" and I am most likely to consider taking this forward to the next stage.

Throughout my career within the CJS and Support Work I've had a lot of involvement in Mental Health Support, including Suicide prevention and deliberate self harm, and I found today's training good to recap on recognising the risk and how to reassure and find a safe solution to suit the needs of the individual.

Being able to discuss this topic openly with clients will be beneficial going forward. I needed to understand the best ways to do this (to open dialog etc.) and to be confident to do so. This course has provided ways to apply the skills to do so. I look forward to putting this into practice when needing to do so. Thank you.
