I found the course very informative and easy to follow. The topic was a difficult one to discuss but the course was kept light hearted so it didn't become too overwhelming. The work book was also good to have as we followed.

Really enjoyed the course. The length with a break seemed to be right, and there was good conversation.

Alison was an excellent trainer and brought her whole self to the course, she wasn't just delivering the content, she felt truly present and I appreciated that she shared examples of situations she had been in. I also valued that she addressed some of the issues we all face around the referral process and long waitlists but what we can still do tangibly on the ground to still make an impact.

Flexible content, although this was aimed at Young People the structure and principles could be used with anyone which was emphasized and appreciated. Trainer had excellent knowledge and a wealth of experience to call on which gave depth and clarity to the course and the reasoning behind the model.

I enjoyed the course, it is very relevant , informative and interesting. I am already placed on the waiting list at work for full the 2 day course, which I am told was excellent. It will help with my role working with vulnerable people and supporting colleagues and my own wellbeing
