Absolutely brilliant course, the most worthwhile few hours I have spent in a long time
Great course, very helpful and an amazing tutor.
I couldn’t say anything bad about my experience on this course. And I have already recommended this to other work colleagues who I have attended other mental health courses with for them to participate as I feel this will help develop the experience they have already gained. Along with those who haven’t yet had past experience in this field that not only do I feel this will benefit them to help identify helping others but will also be able to develop and help with own mental health also
Really engaging and really beneficial. The tutor was very approachable, it was a relaxed session and for such a difficult subject it was enjoyable.
