It has given me more confidence to talk to anyone who may have thoughts of suicide and signpost them in the right direction for help and support.

The course was well put together and went in depth on suicide prevention. I wouldve liked to learnt more about the first aid side of things as I felt it was a little bit one sided. But overall the course was informative and it is a good step forward in learning a out suicide prevention.
