Good session, nice to interact with group from different areas within mental health
we enjoyed the course and it brought up lots of discussions for us as a group, we learnt a few different things that we can take forward into our working lives and jobs.
Really insightful. Explained well and through various ways of learning, role play, storytelling and videos. easy to understand information and a clear workbook relating to the content of the course. Sarah was approachable and knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs and experiences of the group- thank you !
