Fantastic course material. Great presentation. Very practical ways of 'dealing' with the situation if/when arises. Tutor hit the right buttons in my brain.. Easy to memorise.

I much prefer face to face training, however, Zak ensured this was very interactive, and it was obvious he clearly was well informed about this delicate subject.

I feel i will to be more alert to signs that someone may be having suicidal thoughts and more confident to address and deal with any situations should they arise.
