Very good session, useful, interactive and relevant, good pace a must training session
Really enjoyed this session and feel alot more confident in dealing with cases where a customer might be feeling suicidal. I will definitely be applying what I have learnt both professionally and personally.

I think it would save so many lives if everyone in the population completed this.

I found this to be an excellent course. I thought it was well presented and the examples used gave a clearer picture of how to interact with another who is entertaining suicidal thoughts.
