great session really enjoyed it and good refresher
Very informative session with a lot of information given in an understandable way. Christo has an easy and relaxed way of delivering the session which helps to keep you on task and involved. Thank you so much Christo, so glad I signed up for the course which will help me deal with suicide if it should arise.
I wish I could have attended the full day as originally planned. I will enquire about this for future. I feel better for the knowledge and less fearful of such a taboo topic. I think it will be of great use with my OCN training. Thank you so much Liz... An amazing job .
From the beginning with the initial self-reflective questions and course handbook, right through til the end in considering our own self-care this course really was first class. I found this subject tough due to personal experience of suicide Especially the recognise the signs But agree this is not discussed enough with young people
