A very well designed course that makes a very serious subject matter engaging and manageable.

Would like to know about Suicide prevention and have more resources available to be able to refer to as a Suicide First Aider.. Today I learnt its okay to ask and not ignore tell tale signs. Clean language is paramount.

It was an extremely educational and insightful session. It emphasized the importance of suicide prevention and identification. The whole course was structured and paced in a way that made it easier for us to understand our roles as first responders. And it definitely adds value to my life. So grateful for the opportunity to learn about such an important topic

Really great course - feel it was valuable despite being virtual.

I was very nervous about completing this course as I was concerned there would be graphic details about suicide and how it was achieved and we may need to share personal information It would be helpful to know this prior i would have felt less anxious about attending and more effective managing triggers
