I feel much more confident in talking to someone thinking about suicide, as i now know some of the main triggers ,albeit more than one for causing the need for someone to contemplate suicide.

The course was very good overall. I felt that the breaks were too short and had some difficulty concentrating towards the end, it was very well led and I found videos and examples of personal experience from the tutor very helpful.

Fantastic course! Really well written. I didn't feel too overwhelmed with too much information at once. Highly recommended course!

This is a great course, which walks through the theory/understanding of levels of suicidal thoughts, has a great film illustrating the difference we can make and helps us with identifying signs as well as knowing how to support people. Sharon was great and made us all feel comfortable to share, and the group had a lot of examples and experience which complemented the knowledge. Would recommend it highly.
