Brilliant, informative course in a safe environment. Pauline ensured we not only learnt the content but also got to practise is in break out rooms with other participants of the course. The way it was structured meant there wasn't an overload of information, and if there were any questions Pauline was more than happy to take the time to answer them. It was a very interactive course which is hard to achieve online, and I would recommend to anyone.

It is clear that Christo feels very passionate about the subject and that comes across extremely well. In my opinion this gives the students a sense of gratification that the course is very much worth taking.

Would recommend this course for my colleagues to attend.

I felt that this really opened my eyes, there were things I never knew. Things I questioned about my self and made me self aware of people and not just put time and stress first. The instructor made me feel positive, confident, she wowed me with her knowledge and just made you feel like you were her only student.

The course is a valuable follow up to the Mental Health First Aid Training - I would recommend the course!
