Very interesting and thought provoking, good plans and the little Z card will be really helpful as well as having the stay alive App. Good practical skills to use and to pass on- I hope England has the same format to encourage the public to become more competent in dealing with prevention methods. We can all do this and we need to.

I feel a lot more comfortable in my own understanding of suicide and the reasonings behind it and feel that I would be able to support others in future who may be feeling this way.

Video and real life experiences really helped, advice on where to seek support from, and guidance on how to actually help was very valuable.
