Excellent presentation with key learning that can be used in occupation and home life

It was a really interesting course, and I feel I'm coming away knowing so much more than I did. The skills and tips included are invaluable and I have more confidence that I would address a situation more calmly and appropriately.

Excellent course and i look forward to this being rolled out in Hampshire Constabulary as I believe this will really save lives.

Really enjoyed this session and feel alot more confident in dealing with cases where a customer might be feeling suicidal. I will definitely be applying what I have learnt both professionally and personally.
