I enjoyed the course and I am able to take away knowledge that I have learnt to help me in my job role and those vulnerable people I work with. It has given me the confidence to work with someone who might be experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Overall the content was brilliant, I made lots of notes and it was easy to follow. I have learned a lot and now have increased awareness. I feel strongly that the more we educate people on mental health and suicide, the more we can help change it and prevent it.
