Extremely worthwhile course, which should be made as prominent and available as physical first aid courses in this country. We have to break the barriers and smash the stigma.
I think this was very good training - much needed. I think more people needed to attend this training. Powerful in having a conversation about suicide and interventions that help.
I found this workshop profoundly helpful and has prompted further reading and exploration.
