Allison was excellent. I learned so much and have now a whole new understanding and perspective towards suicidal thoughts, emotions and how to support people that need it.
Thorough course discussing sensitive issues in an inclusive way that gave everyone the chance to contribute to discussions. Having a smaller group was also positive for this kind of training as it could have felt overwhelming or faceless in a larger group

The material provided before the course was very helpful and really thought provoking I enjoyed being able to express and learn about the different aspects of mental health and suicide.
