Tutor very supportive knowledgeable about information
Connection was intermittent & some feedback which made it hard to hear and follow
Really good - I was worried my lack of experience in the field would be a disadvantage but it was so well presented I felt comfortable with it all.
The course was concise, practical and very interesting.
The trainers were very mindful of the content and sensitivity of the subject area, and regularly encouraged participants to contact them privately if needed.
