I was very interested in learning how you would talk to someone who was having suicidal thoughts as this was a subject I had not delved into before and have never been in that situation. It gave me confidence to be able to handle that situation if I ever encounter it.

A brilliant session that normalised having the conversations with someone about suicide. Great examples of how to ask the question and support someone who may be feeling suicidial. A mix of resources- PowerPoint, videos, scenarios kept the session engaging
