Although upsetting in parts the course was so useful I feel essential for anyone helping others to deal with mental health, bullying or harassment. Ian was so easy to listen too. He made everyone feel comfortable from the start. He is very positive in his language and the way he presented the training. I feel that I learnt so much about the language that I have used in the past and will definitely from now on feel more confident when faced by this situation again.

The course is really important and will have an impact on myself as a counsellor and also in my current role.
