Very informative and thought provoking course.

Really glad I did the course - it was well paced and comprehensive and left me feeling more confident in my ability to practice suicide first aid. I appreciated the opportunity to practice saying some of the key words out loud - it definitely makes a difference. I found the balance between learning and any kind of role-play just right.

Excellent training course Thought it was really useful to practice asking if someone feels suicidal… will hopefully never need to but great to have already practiced it if ever needed. I feel a lot more prepared now
