Excellent course, would recommend. Will use the points covered if I encounter somebody who wishes to do suicide. I will try to change my use of language and think that there are wider lessons which I can adopt for other conversations too

Excellent course de-stigmatising suicide and providing the language to use when talking to individuals who need help. I would recommend this to anyone - whether in a workplace, charity, community organisation... The course provided the tools needed to start the conversation and how to move forward with an action plan.
