A very informative and useful session, delivered expertly by Sue
Great tutor, really good communication, genuinely felt as though I could speak to her if i ever needed to
Interesting course, very helpful. However extra examples of call taking would be useful considering our job role.
Enjoyed the course, found it informative. Would of liked to have seen or heard some more real life scenarios as I feel stick in my mind better
