Interesting but tiring.

The course was very informative. Our Tutor was amazing and although it was a heavy topic, made me feel comfortable, with regular self-care check-ins and smiled a lot.

Very good course, would like to do a full day.

Very good training on a difficult topic, making us all feel more confident with addressing a topic that can be hard to bringing up and seeing the signs to take the first steps to talking to anyone. Group discussions allowed all those on the course to share any experience making it more beneficial.

A difficult subject delivered very well.

valuable course worth the participation especially so as a police officer who may respond to or have to deal with this subject.

I found this course a great tool to layer on top of MHFA and general Understanding Suicide courses. It has made me more confident to help with prevention and supporting others. A variety in videos would be great.
