I thought the course content and structure covered all the necessary training needed. I think a list of all the current support networks available would be helpful. Our organisation provides this but some may not.

I was booked on this course twice for some reason - possibly once by myself and my employer separately.

Good course - trainer knowledgeable.

Really enjoyed course - My sound was a little intermittent and delayed which meant I wasn't very vocal however still really enjoyed listening to the trainer and other attendees

Due to the emotional nature of the topic I would have preferred it to be delivered over 2 sessions.

I found a lot of the conent highly helpful in ways to re-frame my discussions and langugage I use as well as the phrases that can help support a person who is struggling in creating safety plans that they are more involved in. As a service we often take controle of situations for many people so it was good to look at it differently.
