The course content was great. I had some difficult in printing the workbook and had to adjust the settings - I would liked to have been able to print out each page one A4 page in portrait style, which would have given extra space for adding notes but it wasn't a major issue.

All excellent. Thank you. My only issue is speaking in front of others, but Karen did make that easier.

Probably the best online course I have attended in 2021, but would always prefer to have it face-to-face. That would be my only improvement.
