Making a difficult subject feel safe, approachable and manageable is the provider’s distinctive strength, according to attendees. They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Attendees leave more confident about recognising risk, asking direct questions and supporting people in real situations at work and beyond.

Really thought provoking training delivered really well by the trainers who were very personable and engaging. I have personal experience of being suicidal and at times required Police assistance and whilst I understand why the disclaimer at the beginning was made I do feel if people are comfortable with sharing then they should be allowed. It can add a more relevant take on the topic. Presumably this is not allowed due to the Life (with harm) type situation which is difficult to mitigate. Thank you for a great course.

A very good course, which I believe that all Police Constable and Staff should attend. But not to do an eLearning course, because important parts of the course will missed.

This was a difficult subject and Kelly delivered the course brilliantly. Her manner and knowledge made the course engaging and I felt I took away a lot from it.

Great training and an amazing trainer. I honestly feel better equipped to support a person who is suicidal, the hand out info will be valuable to me and my team.
