Great course and it has helped me to have a better understanding of a very challenging subject. I hope I will be of some help to students who find themselves in this difficult place. It was good to see that this course was evidence-based and researched.

I worry that this training assumes (in the majority) that this person either hasn't felt suicidal before, or has never told anyone that they have felt suicidal. This excludes the group said to be at most risk, those who have previously demonstrated suicidal behaviours. It also assumes that the continuum of suicide takes place over a period longer than a few minutes, which often isn't the case.
Very good course, informative and will be useful in work and in personal life
I found this course very helpful and has solidified my understanding of suicide. I think everyone should be offered this course, no matter what job they do.
The tutor Sue delivered the course in a manner that was empathetic and also factual, the course content was a difficult subject matter to deliver and was presented just right.
