Excellent training day. I feel well equipped to deal with young people who are having suicidal thoughts or who intend to end their lives by suicide.

I would just like to Thank Ester for today. It is a tough subject to cover especially through Teams.

Despite realising how beneficial the course could be I was not particularly looking forward to it. However the day flew by. Alison was very engaging and clearly immensely experienced. I now feel able to broach the subject of suicide and have strategies and dialogue to practice so I feel more confident and be in a better position to offer support.
