This was a well structured course, pitched at the right level for those like myself wanting to understand more about how to address suicide with someone. Great support from the course tutor & tech support. I have come away not only learning new skills but more confident in how to apply them.

It was a great opportunity to take time ouy to prepare myself to be ready to help in suicide first aid.

This course was run by Olivia, who was warming, caring, supportive as well as being sensitive when speaking around suicide, I had a great sense of passion coming from her and what it meant to be there for others in a struggling situation.

Really useful, training, will be sharing some of the information locally and would definitely recommend this course
