An excellent course conducted by a capable trainer. I felt at ease with the subject and could relate to the points being taught. Some misconceptions were also clarified. The emphasis on doing what one can to help but seek professional help when required was a key takeaway.

This was very nice and learning session. I got more information.

It was a little more difficult setting it up in WEBEX but got there with a little help. Others found it hard to navigate initially but I guess this is because it's not been used by individuals who experienced problems using it.
