Enjoyed the course, found it interesting, Karen and Suzanne were brilliant, interactive but not pushy with it.

The only thing that I think needs to be highlighted is in my experience its difficult to get help quickly from trained professionals but the guidance given in the course was very informative and good advise to encourage open conversations with people

I enjoyed the course, it's given me a good understanding of initially seeing the signs and then what steps I can take if needed. I feel more comfortable now that I may be able to help someone in need.

Open and honest approach to suicide

Thought provoking material. Helped increase my confidence to have a conversation about suicide and some language that could be used.
