I really though the course was informative. I didn't have much prior knowledge before hand however after the course I felt like I learnt a lot.

I liked the structure of the day, there was time given for breaks which was important as the content is challenging so it was good to have time to reflect on our learning. I normally recoil from role play but I actually thought this was a really important part of the day. It was really beneficial to be able to ask someone (even in a role play situation) if they have been having suicidal thoughts. Just knowing that this is an ok question to ask and having confidence to ask these difficult questions, even if they are not feeling suicidal, is the right thing to do. It really was an encouragement for me personally, many thanks.
