The course really took me on a tangible journey from thinking, no way could I ask 'the question', to thinking how can I not ask 'the question'?

Before undertaking the training I was a bit apprehensive about what activities we might be having to undertake, i.e. suicidal role plays. In fact, I have for a long time avoided undertaking this training (despite wanting to do it), as I thought it would cause me too much distress, having lived experience of suicide in the family at a young age. However, the course was so amazing and the trainer so compassionate and understanding of everyone's emotional needs. My initial fears/anxieties about the training didn't come true and I gained so much knowledge, insight and confidence - THANK YOU. Highly recommended.

It was good course for oversight, a lot of things were covered that I think if you were to just sit down and take some time to go over, would be common sense. Definitely a great course to work towards removing the stigma behind mental health and the importance of talking to people when you really need it.

I’ve had a great experience overall. I’ve learnt so much I didn’t hear before, the history of the language, the power of the language. I love the fact that this practice is trauma informed & will significantly reduce triggers for both the learners and tutor. Also knowing the teachings are evidence based & statistics, it creates that protective barrier around what we are teaching. The course is informative yet it’s not confusing, meaning that learners will take away vital tools that potentially will help save lives. Thanks so much for this opportunity.
