the tutor was really friendly and explained everything very well.

I am glad I have been given the opportunity to receive this important training. The analogies that the instructor chose were very easy to understand - for example if someone is unwell through physical injury, then there is no hesitation with first aid, and the same should apply for mental health first aid too.

Glad to have been opted into this! Great experience and have learnt a lot to bring forward with me.

The course presentation and delivery were excellent. I now feel that I have the tools to help me deal with a suicide crisi.
