Great refresher, and the checklists and 3 step process was really simple to understand and easy to remember.
Course was exactly what I'd hoped - I feel more confident (if not completely confident) about my awareness and preparedness in some of the situations that I might find myself in with my work with SBS.
I look forward to a partnership with this organization here in Botswana. I really like your concept.
