I fully enjoyed the course, although I have done many customer service courses in the past I have learnt alot from this and will defiantly be using some of the information I have learnt going forward.

I found the course overall useful, however a number of the solo activities on the second day I felt could have been better thought out and have been group activities with colleagues from the same business to let each other bounce ideas off.
