I enjoyed the course, obviously I think it would have been better in person, but all things considered I don't think it could have been done any better. It was a good pace, interesting and challenging, I felt like I can away knowing more. Simon was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Presentation slide was useful. The only thing I would change is having 3 shorter days rather than 2 long days. I found it harder to get involved by the end of the day and concentration level dropped.
I though the course was very informative and interactive. it was set at a good pace and enough time was allowed for breaks in order to catch up on any other issues during the working day.
Good presentation with examples based on previous experiences. Role-playing/Scenarios worked well and were inciteful.

An excellent course with an engaging trainer. The supplied paper materials were not always used and felt a bit superfluous, but overall I have learned a great deal and have not doubt that I will leave the course today a better salesperson. Thank you Gary
