As a new member of the team and as the Marketing function within the sales team, I was observing the training. I found it very interesting and was a really helpful way of watching the team carrying out the practical activities as well as finding out more about the business.

This course was very well structured and the trainer Simon was excellent in his teaching methods and knowledge including his willingness to review real life examples. A worthwhile investment in time by all concerned.

I think it was an excellent training. Although everything was not new to me, It is always good to have a refresh. I also think that the role play are always difficult but very useful. I also think that the training require a high level of English. The understanding of the trainer is not always easy because I am not native English. I do recommend this training for fluent English speaking people.
