Very interesting and engaging. I had the chance to think and talk about aspects of management and leadership that I may not have considered before. Ann is very interesting and engaging, and creates a safe space for thought and discussion.

Date of course- 2/11/24. Enjoyable course & John was very engaging.
Exercises were really engaging, content of the course very interesting. It would be nice though if some of the resources that are a bit out of date could be refreshed (watching a video from 1993 was fun but for reasons other than intended, I'm afraid, especially that the video was older than some of the attendees). Also, the quiz at the end was great fun, but as it requires internet access to Menti.com, it would be nice that if a course is taking place in a basement with no reception, then everyone would be provided with wifi access as guests. Otherwise it was a great fun and I am looking forward to working with David on our projects!
Trainer was very engaging and covered a lot of material over the two days. Looking forward to receiving the slides to be able to go back over and start working on our own projects
David was a fantastic facilitator - he made complex concepts easy to digest, and was excellent at keeping the energy up in the room.
