Trainer was knowledgeable and engaging, and kept the training course interactive. The course felt a bit rushed at the end given the 3 hour time limit and a slightly longer course (4 hours) may give a more appropriate amount of time to fit in content, break-outs, and specific questions.

Anna was an excellent trainer and made the course very accessible. She helped clarify many aspects of the interview process and preparation of questions, the role of feedback etc .
