Ken delivered the course to an exceptional standard. Providing clear explanations
Trainer was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the course could do with being more interactive. It’s a lot of being talked at. For example use mentimeter/poll feature in zoom the knowledge test.
Good explanation on the concepts. Course material is good - would be handy if we ae able to download the PDF directly without the need for an eBook reader
Sean is very knowledgeable. I had several issues with accessing course material and although I have not yet sat my exam I am concerned about the issues people on my course had with exam shield. I did find the course helpful and will use the practices as I can in my role going forward
Thanks for the course, Shaun was great! It was probably a bit advanced in some areas for myself but it will be very useful & I'm sure it will all make sense when I start using it for my work.
The course was very well structured and delivered. There was a good amount of participation, entirely because of the engaging nature of the trainer.
